ORIGINAL ARTICLE: EUGENE — The Eugene Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 18 year old Theodore Kudrna out of the Eugene, Oregon area.
Theodore was last seen by his mother walking toward Skinner Butte at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 1 2017, after she dropped him off in the area of Cheshire and Lamb Cottage. Police investigated and checked the area but were unable to locate him.
Police later received information that Theodore was seen by friends in the late afternoon along the river bank between Lamb Cottage and the Valley River Footbridge along the bike path. These friends told his mother that he had been disoriented and apparently had fallen into the river.
Theodore was last seen wearing a faded, navy blue MMA t-shirt, long pants of unknown color, and black Nike tennis shoes and carrying a dark-colored backpack.
Theodore is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• HAIR: Shoulder-length brown wavy hair.
• EYES: Blue.
• HEIGHT: 5 Feet 10 Inches.
• WEIGHT: 200 Pounds.
